Shipping & Return Policy
1. Shipping
Bunny Rumble pieces are typically shipped out within 6 to 8 weeks.
Shipping time is about 4-15 working days through DHL.
Should you need the item on an urgent basis, kindly notify us and we will try to arrange a rush order for you if we’re able.
2. Returns
We genuinely hope you love your item beyond words. If that is not the case, we offer the below refund policy.
Custom orders and cut-to-order items are non-refundable unless your item is damaged upon unboxing. You must notify us within 48 hours if this is the case in order for us to process an exchange or return.
For all other items, if you do not love your item, please notify us within 48 hours and send back within 14 days to receive a refund. Item(s) have to be fully unworn and undamaged. The buyer pays for the return shipping.
Return & Exchange Requirements:
1) You must contact us within 2 days (48 hours) from the receipt of your item(s). Please state the problem of the received goods and the reason for the return. We will then process and get a return code if approved.
2) Item(s) must be returned in its original condition with no signs of wear, tear, or odor within 14 days of you receiving them.
3) No refund: worn, perfumed, altered, or without the original brand labels.
7) Return shipping charges will be the buyer's responsibility. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the shipping fee of sending back and exchanging.
