  • "Cut-to-order" means that each piece is crafted specifically for the customer based on their measurements and customization preferences. This allows for a personalized fit and design tailored to the individual. Our cut to order, or ‘custom size’ items are non-refundable.

  • The production time for cut-to-order pieces varies depending on the complexity of the design and our current workload. Typically, it takes between 8 to 12 weeks from the date of order placement to receive your ensemble. We recommend ordering well in advance of your event to allow for any necessary alterations.

  • Yes, we welcome customization requests to ensure that your look reflects your unique style and preferences. Whether it's adjusting the neckline, adding sleeves, or incorporating specific embellishments, our team will work closely with you to bring your vision to life. If you’re looking for a completely unique look please get in touch to discuss a bespoke design.

  • If your measurements change after placing your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to update your information, if. we can. It's important to provide accurate measurements to ensure the best fit for your ensemble.

  • Every look we design is unique, but we charge a £2,000 design fee in exchange for your 6 designs. These will be costed with your budget in mind, which can sit anywhere from £750 - 5,000 depending on the complexity, fabrics & timeline.

  • We ship most packages via DHL from the UK. If you have a specific shipping question please get in touch and we will see if we can accommodate.
